Good-bye! Good-bye, Manassas. Good-by All Saints Catholic Church. Family and friends. Good-bye I have to go. And choir rehearsals. And train whistles, and town-parades. And farmers markets, and familiar bicycle rides. And daily Mass, and strong community. Oh, Manassas, you are so wonderful and I will miss you.
The time has come for me to move. America is the best country on earth and Manassas a great town to call home. I’ve enjoyed living here – every, every minute. I’ll be back. And I will make the most of my extended stay in Europe.
Keep me in your prayers. The Holy Spirit lives in Manassas.
